"We invited Upma to enable the leaders of Landmark Education to best present themselves when they lead various transformational programs to people. The three hour seminar opened up a whole new realm for us in the world of power dressing :

- In the session the leaders got present to the weird perception that they carry about themselves and how they created dressing habits consistent with it, which was the uncovering of a big blind-spot.

- Participants got present to who they really are and what kind of dressing best expressed them.

- Participants got access to how could they have people focus on their positive attributes rather than hide what they resisted in themselves.

- The program left the participants with new openings for actions and left them with lots of confidence to present themselves.

The best outcome of the program was that the people in the life of the participants acknowledged the new change that they brought forth in the way they presented themselves...My children complimented that I looked slimmer and taller out of my following a certain color combination and wearing trousers without pleats.

Its jut not enough to be creative but it also takes one to effective in your communication to people. Upma has both of it and therefore its a lethal combination. If you want to get transformed in the way you look this is a highly recommended program for you.

"I participated in a seminar 'The Right Dress Code' by Upma Shrian, which was designed to educate us in the world of power dressing and the way we perceive our physical looks and what impacts our presentation.

Before I attended the session – My perception was that

- The physical presence does not in anyways impact what I do and what I am for myself and people.

- It is not very important to focus on one's physical looks.

- In the session I realized that my perception was just a myth and that and there is a world to explore about everyone's unique physical presence. It was very overwhelming for me personally as being a person on wheelchair; to think about personal looks and my interest in dressing up was lost and also was last aspect of my life.

- Participation in this seminar made me very comfortable about my looks and I got an access to what would express me physically. I also got an access to how I could focus on my other strengths than being worried about people's opinion and about the way I look.

- There was natural desire to dress up professionally and I became more open to new ideas and feedback. I started taking new actions and that left me with much more of confidence to present myself.

- What altered for me is that now I don't just don't go to purchase some garments /accessories, I also do think about what would best suit me. I got correction done for my tooth too and I smile more confidently now. J. Can you believe this seminar has altered the way I look at my diet too, J yes, it has! After this seminar I fell in love with the way I look!"
